Seven Layer Chicken Burritos

Seven layer chicken burritos with rice, beans, cheese, and creamy toppings. Easy loaded dinner recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 15 oz can black beans, drained
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 1 packet taco seasoning or 2 tablespoons

Instructions
 

  • Heat shredded chicken in a skillet and mix with taco seasoning and a little water.
  • Warm rice and beans if needed.
  • Lay tortillas flat and add layers of rice, beans, chicken, cheese, salsa, and sour cream.
  • Fold sides inward and roll tightly into burritos.
  • Serve immediately or toast in a skillet for a crispy finish.

Notes

Do not overfill tortillas.
Warm tortillas before rolling for easier handling.
Customize with additional toppings if desired.
