Brussels sprouts

chopped

olive oil

garlic
minced

salt

teaspoon
black pepper

teaspoon
dried thyme or rosemary

Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F and prepare a baking dish.
Combine vegetables in a bowl.
Add olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and herbs.
Toss until evenly coated.
Spread in a single layer in baking dish.
Roast for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway.
Check for tenderness and crisp edges.
Add Parmesan cheese if desired and bake 5 more minutes.
Remove from oven and serve warm.
Notes
Do not overcrowd pan for best roasting.
Use seasonal vegetables for best flavor.
Serve immediately for best texture.
