Wendy’s Chili Recipe

Copycat Wendy’s chili made with ground beef, beans, and tomato base.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 medium yellow onion diced
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 cups tomato juice
  • 1 can diced tomatoes 14.5 oz
  • 1 can tomato sauce 15 oz
  • 1 can kidney beans drained (15 oz)
  • 1 can pinto beans drained (15 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Brown beef and drain. Add vegetables and cook until soft. Stir in tomatoes, beans, juice, and spices. Simmer 45–60 minutes until thick.
