Valentine’s Day Oreo M&M’s Cookies
Valentine’s Day Oreo M&M’s cookies made with soft cookie dough, chunky Oreo pieces, and festive M&M’s.
Ingredients
- ½ cup unsalted butter melted and cooled
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Oreo cookies roughly chopped
- ¾ cup Valentine’s M&M’s
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add egg and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix just until combined.
- Gently fold in chopped Oreos and Valentine’s M&M’s.
- Scoop dough into large balls and place on baking sheets a few inches apart.
- Press extra Oreos and M&M’s on top of each dough ball.
- Bake for 9–11 minutes until edges are set and centers look slightly underbaked.
- Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
Let butter cool before mixing to prevent spreading. Chill dough briefly if needed for thicker cookies.
