Valentine’s Day fruit and yogurt parfaits layered with creamy Greek yogurt, fresh berries, and granola. A quick no-bake recipe.

cups
vanilla Greek yogurt
1 ½
cups
strawberries
diced
1
cup
raspberries
½
cup
blueberries
optional
1
cup
granola
2
tablespoons
honey
½
teaspoon
vanilla extract
Mini chocolate chips or heart sprinkles for topping
optional
Instructions
In a bowl, mix vanilla Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract until smooth.
Prepare fruit by washing and dicing strawberries.
Spoon a layer of yogurt into the bottom of clear glasses or jars.
Add a layer of strawberries and raspberries.
Sprinkle a small layer of granola.
Repeat layers until glasses are full, finishing with yogurt on top.
Garnish with berries and optional chocolate chips or sprinkles.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
Add granola just before serving to keep it crunchy.
