Valentine’s Day Fruit and Yogurt Parfaits

Valentine’s Day fruit and yogurt parfaits layered with creamy Greek yogurt, fresh berries, and granola. A quick no-bake recipe.

Servings 4 parfaits

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ cups strawberries diced
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • ½ cup blueberries optional
  • 1 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Mini chocolate chips or heart sprinkles for topping optional

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix vanilla Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Prepare fruit by washing and dicing strawberries.
  • Spoon a layer of yogurt into the bottom of clear glasses or jars.
  • Add a layer of strawberries and raspberries.
  • Sprinkle a small layer of granola.
  • Repeat layers until glasses are full, finishing with yogurt on top.
  • Garnish with berries and optional chocolate chips or sprinkles.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Add granola just before serving to keep it crunchy.
