Ultimate Loaded Pasta Salads Trio

Three loaded pasta salads made from one base: classic Italian, creamy ranch, and fresh veggie. Perfect for parties and potlucks.

Ingredients
  

  • cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • cup red onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup black olives
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley or basil chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Whisk olive oil and vinegar together.
  • Add vegetables and herbs to the third bowl of pasta.
  • Pour dressing over and toss gently.
  • Chill before serving.

Make ahead for best flavor. Refresh with extra dressing before serving if needed.
