cheddar or mozzarella

bell pepper pieces

Instructions
Cut cheese into bite-sized cubes if needed.
Wash and prepare vegetables and fruit.
Fold or roll turkey slices into small pieces.
Take skewers or toothpicks and begin assembling ingredients.
Layer turkey, cheese, vegetables, and fruit onto each skewer.
Repeat until all ingredients are used.
Arrange on a plate and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready.

Use firm cheese for best results.
