Turkey & Cheese Kabobs

Turkey & Cheese Kabobs Recipe with deli turkey, cheese, and fresh vegetables for a quick and fun snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 –10 slices deli turkey
  • 1 cup cheese cubes cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup cucumber slices
  • 1 cup grapes
  • ½ cup bell pepper pieces
  • ½ cup olives

Instructions
 

  • Cut cheese into bite-sized cubes if needed.
  • Wash and prepare vegetables and fruit.
  • Fold or roll turkey slices into small pieces.
  • Take skewers or toothpicks and begin assembling ingredients.
  • Layer turkey, cheese, vegetables, and fruit onto each skewer.
  • Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  • Arrange on a plate and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready.

Notes

Use firm cheese for best results.
Keep ingredients similar in size for easy assembly.
