tomato paste

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Cook onion until softened.
Add garlic and cook briefly.
Stir in tomatoes and tomato paste.
Cook until mixture thickens slightly.
Add green beans and stir to coat.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cover and cook on low heat for 25–30 minutes.
Stir occasionally until beans are tender.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Use fresh green beans for best texture.
Cook slowly for deeper flavor.
Serve with bread or rice.
