honey

sugar

vegetable oil

strong brewed coffee or tea

baking powder

baking soda

cinnamon

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking pan.
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
In another bowl, combine honey, sugar, oil, and eggs.
Add coffee or tea and vanilla extract and mix well.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture.
Stir until just combined.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 40–45 minutes until done.
Cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
Do not overmix batter.
Use good-quality honey for best flavor.
Brush extra honey on top for added moisture.
