Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. In another bowl, combine granulated sugar and cinnamon. Lay a tortilla flat and spread about 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture down the center. Fold the sides inward and roll tightly from the bottom up to form a burrito. Brush the outside lightly with melted butter. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the burrito seam-side down. Cook for 2–3 minutes until golden, then flip and cook another 2–3 minutes. Remove from skillet and roll immediately in the cinnamon sugar mixture while warm. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Serve warm.

Notes

Do not overfill to prevent leakage during cooking. Cook over medium heat to avoid burning the sugar coating. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days and reheat gently in a skillet for best texture.
