2poundsboneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
1 ½cupsSweet Baby Ray’s barbecue sauce
1medium yellow onionsliced
2garlic clovesminced
1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
½teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Place onion in slow cooker. Add chicken. Pour barbecue sauce over chicken. Add garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Cook on low 4–5 hours or high 2–3 hours until tender. Shred if desired and serve.
Notes
Do not overcook. Shred chicken for sandwiches or serve whole.
