Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a loaf pan with parchment. Whisk pumpkin, oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices. Fold dry ingredients into wet until just combined. Pour batter into pan. Bake 50–60 minutes until a toothpick shows moist crumbs. Cool before slicing.
