Strawberry Banana Cheesecake Salad with creamy cheesecake base and fresh strawberries and bananas.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 oz whipped topping thawed
- 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
- 2 large bananas sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in vanilla. Fold in whipped topping gently. Toss bananas with lemon juice. Fold strawberries and bananas into cheesecake mixture. Chill briefly or serve immediately.
Notes
Add fruit just before serving for best texture and color.
