Spicy Roasted Chickpea Snack Jars

Spicy roasted chickpeas with crunchy texture and bold flavor. Easy healthy snack recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Drain and dry chickpeas thoroughly.
  • Place on baking sheet and toss with oil and spices.
  • Spread in a single layer.
  • Roast for 25 to 30 minutes, shaking halfway.
  • Cool completely before storing.
  • Serve as a snack.

Notes

Dry chickpeas well for crispiness.
Do not overcrowd pan.
Store in airtight container.
