cans chickpeas
drained and rinsed

olive oil

teaspoon
paprika

chili powder

garlic powder

cumin

black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Drain and dry chickpeas thoroughly.
Place on baking sheet and toss with oil and spices.
Spread in a single layer.
Roast for 25 to 30 minutes, shaking halfway.
Cool completely before storing.
Serve as a snack.
Notes
Dry chickpeas well for crispiness.
Do not overcrowd pan.
Store in airtight container.
