Spicy Potato Burrito

Spicy Potato Burrito Recipe with crispy seasoned potatoes, creamy sauce, and soft tortilla.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups potatoes peeled and diced
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 –2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 –2 jalapeños
  • 1 cup black beans

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add diced potatoes, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  • Cook for 12–15 minutes until crispy and golden.
  • In a bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and hot sauce.
  • Warm tortillas slightly.
  • Place potatoes in the center of each tortilla.
  • Add cheese, lettuce, jalapeños, and optional beans.
  • Drizzle spicy sauce over the filling.
  • Fold and roll into burritos.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Cook potatoes evenly for best texture.
Do not overcrowd pan to keep them crispy.
Adjust spice level to taste.
