Instructions
Heat butter and olive oil in a pan over medium-low heat.
Cook onions slowly until caramelized, then set aside.
Season ground beef with spices and form into patties.
Cook patties until browned and fully cooked.
Butter one side of each bread slice.
Place bread butter-side down in a pan.
Add cheese, beef patty, caramelized onions, and more cheese.
Top with another slice of bread.
Cook until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Slice and serve warm.
Notes
Cook onions slowly for best flavor.
Use medium heat to avoid burning bread.
