Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, milk, and seasonings. Combine cream cheese, jalapeños, bacon, and cheese separately. Layer half the meat mixture, add filling, then top with remaining meat. Bake 55–65 minutes. Rest, slice, and drizzle with ranch.
