Ingredients

smoked turkey wings
legs, or necks
2
pounds
russet or Yukon Gold potatoes
peeled and chopped
1
medium onion
sliced
3
garlic cloves
minced

cups
chicken broth
2
tablespoons
butter
1
teaspoon
salt
½
teaspoon
black pepper
1
teaspoon
onion powder
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
½
teaspoon
paprika
¼
teaspoon
red pepper flakes

Instructions
Place chopped potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add sliced onion and minced garlic on top.
Nestle smoked turkey pieces among the potatoes.
Season with salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
Pour chicken broth over ingredients until potatoes are mostly covered.
Dot butter over the top.
Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours until potatoes are tender.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Optional: Remove turkey meat from bones and stir back into the pot before serving.
Notes
Use bone-in smoked turkey for the best flavor. Cook on LOW for softer, creamier potatoes.
