  • 2 pounds russet or Yukon Gold potatoes peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

Instructions

  • Place chopped potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Add sliced onion and minced garlic on top.
  • Nestle smoked turkey pieces among the potatoes.
  • Season with salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
  • Pour chicken broth over ingredients until potatoes are mostly covered.
  • Dot butter over the top.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours until potatoes are tender.
