Shrimp Alfredo Garlic Bread

Shrimp Alfredo Garlic Bread Recipe with creamy Alfredo sauce, shrimp, and crispy garlic bread.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf French bread or baguette
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp butter softened
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Slice bread in half lengthwise and place on a baking sheet.
  • Mix butter and garlic, then spread over bread.
  • Bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly toasted.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side, then set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese and garlic powder until smooth.
  • Add cooked shrimp to the sauce and mix.
  • Spread shrimp Alfredo mixture over toasted bread.
  • Top with mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Toast bread first to prevent sogginess.
Do not overcook shrimp to keep them tender.
Adjust seasoning to taste.
