Ingredients

loaf French bread or baguette

shrimp
peeled and deveined

butter
softened

garlic

heavy cream
1

grated Parmesan cheese

cup
shredded mozzarella cheese

garlic powder

chopped parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Slice bread in half lengthwise and place on a baking sheet.
Mix butter and garlic, then spread over bread.
Bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly toasted.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side, then set aside.
In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and garlic powder until smooth.
Add cooked shrimp to the sauce and mix.
Spread shrimp Alfredo mixture over toasted bread.
Top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Toast bread first to prevent sogginess.
Do not overcook shrimp to keep them tender.
Adjust seasoning to taste.
