red bell pepper

yellow bell pepper

medium red onion

garlic

cumin

teaspoon
oregano

teaspoon

pita breads

Greek yogurt or tzatziki sauce

fresh parsley

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F and line a sheet pan.
Place chicken, peppers, and onion on the pan.
Add olive oil, garlic, and spices, then toss to coat.
Spread in a single layer.
Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Warm pita bread separately.
Fill pitas with chicken and vegetables.
Add yogurt or tzatziki sauce.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
Do not overcrowd the pan for proper roasting.
Warm pita bread before serving.
Adjust seasoning to taste.
