Saltine Cracker Candy That’s Quick and Fast

Easy saltine cracker candy made with caramel and chocolate.

Ingredients
  

  • 40 saltine crackers
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chopped nuts optional

Instructions
 

  • Line pan with crackers. Boil butter and sugar for 3 minutes. Pour over crackers. Bake at 400°F for 5 minutes. Add chocolate, spread, cool, and break.

Notes

Let caramel bubble fully for proper setting.
