Ingredients

all-purpose flour

warm milk

instant yeast

sugar

butter
melted

large egg
1
teaspoon
salt

rhubarb
chopped

brown sugar
¼
cup
butter
1
teaspoon
cinnamon

tablespoon
cornstarch
Instructions
Mix warm milk, yeast, and a little sugar and let sit for 5 minutes.
Add flour, remaining sugar, melted butter, egg, and salt and knead into dough.
Let dough rise for 1 hour until doubled.
Cook rhubarb, brown sugar, butter, and cornstarch until thickened.
Roll dough into a rectangle and spread filling evenly.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Roll tightly and slice into portions.
Place in a greased baking dish and let rise again.
Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes until golden.
Cool slightly and serve warm.
Notes
Use cornstarch to thicken filling.
Do not overfill rolls.
Serve warm for best texture.
