Reese’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Bites

Reese’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Bites baked in a muffin pan with soft cookie dough and melty peanut butter centers.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 20 –24 mini Reese’s peanut butter cups unwrapped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease mini muffin pan. Cream butter and sugars. Add egg and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients separately and combine gently. Fold in chocolate chips. Scoop dough into pan and bake 8–10 minutes. Press Reese’s cups into warm cookies and cool before removing.
