Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Red Lobster Cheddar Bay biscuits with cheesy dough and garlic butter topping. Easy copycat recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
  • ¾ cup cold water
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted (for topping)
  • 1 seasoning packet from mix
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Mix biscuit mix, water, and cheese until dough forms.
  • Drop spoonfuls onto baking sheet.
  • Bake for 14 to 16 minutes until golden.
  • Mix melted butter with seasoning packet and parsley.
  • Brush over warm biscuits.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Do not overmix dough.
Use cold water for best texture.
Serve warm for best flavor.
