large eggs

mayonnaise

teaspoons
yellow mustard

teaspoon
white vinegar

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
black pepper
Assorted food coloring
Water for dye baths
Instructions
Boil and peel eggs. Separate yolks and whites. Dye whites in colored water. Mash yolks with mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Fill whites and chill before serving.
Notes
Add vinegar to dye water for brighter color.
