Quick Pizza Bombs

Quick pizza bombs stuffed with mozzarella, pepperoni, and sauce, baked until golden and ready in minutes.

Servings 8 pizza bombs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough 8 pieces
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese cubed or shredded
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Separate dough and flatten each piece into a small circle.
  • Place a teaspoon of pizza sauce in the center of each dough circle.
  • Add mozzarella cheese and pepperoni on top of the sauce.
  • Pull dough edges up and pinch tightly to seal.
  • Roll gently into a ball and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Brush tops with olive oil or melted butter.
  • Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese if using.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Notes:
Use thick pizza sauce and avoid overfilling to prevent leaks. Let bombs rest briefly so the cheese sets.
