Quick Pizza Bombs
Quick pizza bombs stuffed with mozzarella, pepperoni, and sauce, baked until golden and ready in minutes.

Ingredients

can refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough
8 pieces

cup
mozzarella cheese
cubed or shredded
1
cup
pepperoni slices
½
cup
pizza sauce
2
tablespoons
olive oil or melted butter
1
teaspoon
Italian seasoning
½
teaspoon
garlic powder
2
tablespoons
grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Separate dough and flatten each piece into a small circle.
Place a teaspoon of pizza sauce in the center of each dough circle.
Add mozzarella cheese and pepperoni on top of the sauce.
Pull dough edges up and pinch tightly to seal.
Roll gently into a ball and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Brush tops with olive oil or melted butter.
Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese if using.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
Cool slightly before serving.

Notes:
Use thick pizza sauce and avoid overfilling to prevent leaks. Let bombs rest briefly so the cheese sets.
