Pusheen Cat Doughnuts Recipe
Cute baked Pusheen-style doughnuts with vanilla glaze and simple decoration.
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup whole milk
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup unsalted butter melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Glaze and Decoration
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 –4 tablespoons milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- Black food coloring or gel icing
- Pink food coloring
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Combine gently. Bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes. Cool completely. Dip in glaze and decorate faces.
