Ingredients

15.25 oz yellow cake mix

pumpkin puree

large eggs

cup
vegetable oil

teaspoon
vanilla extract

brown sugar
1
tablespoon
ground cinnamon
2
cups
powdered sugar
3
–4 tablespoons milk
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
for glaze
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Mix cake mix, pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
Pour half the batter into the dish.
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the batter.
Add remaining batter on top and spread evenly.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until set.
Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for glaze.
Drizzle glaze over warm cake.
Serve and enjoy.
Notes
Do not overbake to keep cake moist.
Let cool slightly before glazing.
Customize with nuts or spices if desired.
