Pomegranate-Glazed Chicken

Pomegranate-glazed chicken made with sweet and tangy glaze, garlic, and tender chicken. A fresh and easy dinner recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a bowl, combine pomegranate juice, honey, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Mix until well combined.
  • Place chicken in a baking dish and pour glaze over it.
  • Bake for 30–40 minutes, basting occasionally with the sauce.
  • Cook until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Use 100% pomegranate juice for best flavor.
Add chili flakes for a spicy variation.
Serve with rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
Reheat with extra sauce to keep chicken moist.
