3 oz box sugar-free gelatin

boiling water

cold water
Instructions
Pour boiling water into a bowl.
Add gelatin powder and stir until dissolved.
Add cold water and mix well.
Pour into a container.
Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours until set.
Serve chilled.
Notes
Use sugar-free gelatin for lower calories.
Chill fully before serving.
Add fruit if desired.
