Ingredients
  

  • 1 3 oz box sugar-free gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water

Instructions
 

  • Pour boiling water into a bowl.
  • Add gelatin powder and stir until dissolved.
  • Add cold water and mix well.
  • Pour into a container.
  • Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours until set.
  • Serve chilled.

Notes

Use sugar-free gelatin for lower calories.
Chill fully before serving.
Add fruit if desired.
