thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin steak

olive oil

medium yellow onion
sliced

medium green bell pepper
sliced

cloves
garlic
minced

salt

teaspoon
black pepper

slices
provolone cheese

beef broth
Instructions
Slice peppers and arrange in dish. Sauté steak briefly and set aside. Cook onions, peppers, and garlic. Return steak, add broth, and season. Stuff peppers, top with cheese, and bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes.
Notes
Slice steak thin for tender results.
