Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Peppers Recipe

Savory Philly cheesesteak stuffed peppers made with steak, peppers, and provolone.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 1 pound thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin steak
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium yellow onion sliced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • ¼ cup beef broth

Instructions
 

  • Slice peppers and arrange in dish. Sauté steak briefly and set aside. Cook onions, peppers, and garlic. Return steak, add broth, and season. Stuff peppers, top with cheese, and bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes.

Notes

Slice steak thin for tender results.
