Black pepper to taste
Instructions
Crack egg into microwave-safe mug. Add water and vinegar. Cover loosely. Microwave 45 seconds, then in short bursts until white sets. Remove with slotted spoon and season.
Notes
Cook eggs one at a time for best results.
