Pepperoni Pizza Tacos

Pepperoni pizza tacos baked with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and pizza sauce in crispy taco shells.

Ingredients
  

  • 10 hard taco shells
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking sheet.
  • Stand taco shells upright on the baking sheet.
  • Spoon a small amount of pizza sauce into each shell.
  • Add a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Top with pepperoni slices and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  • Add another small layer of cheese to help hold filling together.
  • Brush the outside of taco shells lightly with olive oil.
  • Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and shells are crisp.
  • Remove from oven and cool slightly before serving.
  • Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

Use thick pizza sauce to prevent soggy shells. Serve immediately for best texture.
