Peanut Butter Pie (No-Bake)

No-bake peanut butter pie with a creamy peanut butter filling and chocolate cookie crust. Easy, rich, and make-ahead friendly.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 9-inch chocolate cookie crust
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 8 ounces whipped topping thawed
  • Chocolate shavings or chocolate chips for topping optional

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add peanut butter and mix until fully combined.
  • Mix in powdered sugar and milk until smooth.
  • Gently fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.
  • Spoon filling into the chocolate crust and smooth the top.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Slice and serve chilled, topped with chocolate shavings if desired.

Notes

Use creamy peanut butter for best texture. Chill overnight for the cleanest slices.
