Peanut Butter & Jelly Sushi Rolls

Peanut Butter & Jelly Sushi Rolls with soft bread and sweet filling, a fun and easy no-cook snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices sandwich bread
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup jelly or jam
  • 1 banana optional
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional

Instructions
 

  • Remove crusts from bread slices.
  • Flatten each slice with a rolling pin.
  • Spread peanut butter evenly.
  • Add a thin layer of jelly.
  • Place banana slices if using.
  • Roll bread tightly into logs.
  • Slice into small rounds.
  • Arrange on a plate.
  • Drizzle with honey if desired.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Use soft bread for easy rolling.
Do not overfill to prevent tearing.
Serve fresh for best texture.
