Peanut Butter Frappe

Peanut butter frappe made with chilled coffee, milk, ice, and creamy peanut butter. A quick café-style drink at home.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee chilled
  • 1 cup milk whole or 2%
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1 –2 tablespoons granulated sugar or sweetener
  • 1 ½ cups ice cubes
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream for topping optional
  • Chocolate syrup for drizzle optional

Instructions
 

  • Add chilled coffee, milk, peanut butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and ice to a blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and thick.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • If too thick, add a splash of milk and blend again.
  • If too thin, add more ice and reblend.
  • Pour into a tall glass.
  • Top with whipped cream and chocolate syrup if desired.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Use strong coffee so the flavor stands out after blending. Natural peanut butter may require extra blending.
