Peanut Butter Frappe
Peanut butter frappe made with chilled coffee, milk, ice, and creamy peanut butter. A quick café-style drink at home.

strong brewed coffee
chilled

cup
milk
whole or 2%

creamy peanut butter

–2 tablespoons granulated sugar or sweetener
1 ½
cups
ice cubes

teaspoon
vanilla extract
Whipped cream for topping

Chocolate syrup for drizzle
optional
Instructions
Add chilled coffee, milk, peanut butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and ice to a blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth and thick.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
If too thick, add a splash of milk and blend again.
If too thin, add more ice and reblend.
Pour into a tall glass.
Top with whipped cream and chocolate syrup if desired.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Use strong coffee so the flavor stands out after blending. Natural peanut butter may require extra blending.
