elbow macaroni

unsalted butter

shredded sharp cheddar cheese

shredded Monterey Jack cheese

shredded Colby cheese

large eggs

whole milk

heavy cream

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
black pepper

teaspoon
paprika
Instructions
Cook macaroni and toss with butter. Whisk eggs, milk, cream, and seasoning. Layer pasta and cheese in dish. Pour custard over. Bake at 350°F for 45–50 minutes until set and golden.
Notes
