Parmesan Herb Snack Crackers

Parmesan Herb Snack Crackers Recipe with crispy homemade crackers, herbs, and cheesy flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tbsp cold butter cubed
  • 3 –4 tbsp water
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a bowl, combine flour, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, and garlic powder.
  • Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
  • Gradually add water and mix until a dough forms.
  • Roll dough thin on a floured surface.
  • Cut into small squares or shapes.
  • Place crackers on a lined baking sheet.
  • Brush lightly with olive oil.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and crisp.
  • Cool completely before serving.

Notes

Roll dough thin for crisp texture.
Let crackers cool fully to maintain crunch.
