Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a bowl, combine flour, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, and garlic powder.
Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
Gradually add water and mix until a dough forms.
Roll dough thin on a floured surface.
Cut into small squares or shapes.
Place crackers on a lined baking sheet.
Brush lightly with olive oil.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and crisp.
Cool completely before serving.
