Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, salt, and pepper.
Pour mixture into the baking dish.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove and stir gently.
Return to oven and bake another 10 minutes.
Stir again and continue baking in 5-minute intervals until eggs are set but soft.
Add optional ingredients during the last few minutes.
Serve warm.
Notes
Stir during baking for fluffy texture.
Do not overbake to avoid dryness.
Use a large dish for even cooking.
