Oven Baked Scrambled Eggs

Oven Baked Scrambled Eggs Recipe with fluffy eggs, easy preparation, and perfect for large batches.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • ½ cup cooked bacon or sausage
  • ½ cup chopped vegetables
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  • In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour mixture into the baking dish.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Remove and stir gently.
  • Return to oven and bake another 10 minutes.
  • Stir again and continue baking in 5-minute intervals until eggs are set but soft.
  • Add optional ingredients during the last few minutes.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

Stir during baking for fluffy texture.
Do not overbake to avoid dryness.
Use a large dish for even cooking.
