Orange Cranberry Bread with Sweet Glaze

all-purpose flour

granulated sugar

fresh cranberries

orange zest

fresh orange juice

vegetable oil

vanilla extract
Sweet Glaze

powdered sugar

–3 tablespoons orange juice
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients and cranberries. Mix wet ingredients separately. Combine gently. Bake at 350°F for 50–55 minutes. Drizzle glaze over warm bread.
Notes
Do not overmix batter. Let glaze set before slicing.
