Ooey-Gooey Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Crispy garlic butter chicken wraps loaded with melted mozzarella and cheddar. Easy, cheesy, and ready in minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded or diced
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Season shredded chicken with salt and black pepper. Lay tortillas flat and sprinkle about 1/4 cup mozzarella and 1/4 cup cheddar on one half of each tortilla. Add about 1/2 cup seasoned chicken over the cheese. Fold tortillas in half to form a half-moon shape. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place one wrap in the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes until golden brown. Brush the top lightly with garlic butter, flip carefully, and cook another 2–3 minutes until cheese is fully melted and both sides are crisp. Repeat with remaining wraps. Slice and serve immediately.

Notes

Cook over medium heat to allow cheese to melt fully without burning the tortilla. Avoid overfilling to prevent tearing. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat in a skillet or air fryer for best crispiness.
