One Pot Chicken Caesar Pasta Recipe

One pot chicken Caesar pasta recipe with creamy Caesar dressing, tender chicken, and pasta. A quick and easy one-pot dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound boneless chicken breast cubed
  • 8 oz pasta penne or rotini
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add cubed chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked.
  • Season with salt and black pepper.
  • Add minced garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
  • Pour in chicken broth and add pasta.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally until pasta is tender.
  • Stir in Caesar dressing and grated Parmesan cheese until creamy.
  • Remove from heat and gently fold in chopped romaine lettuce.
  • Serve immediately while warm.

Notes

Add cooked bacon for extra flavor if desired.
Use freshly grated Parmesan for smoother texture.
Add a splash of broth when reheating to keep sauce creamy.
Best served fresh for optimal texture.
