Olive Oil Dip

Olive oil dip made with extra virgin olive oil, herbs, garlic, and Parmesan. A quick, no-cook appetizer for bread.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 clove garlic finely minced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Pour olive oil into a shallow bowl or plate.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over the oil.
  • Add red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  • Gently swirl with a spoon to distribute seasonings.
  • Let rest for 5–10 minutes to allow flavors to infuse.
  • Serve with warm crusty bread.

Notes

Use high-quality olive oil for best flavor. Serve immediately and do not store long-term with raw garlic.
