Olive Garden Chicken Pasta
Creamy slow cooker Olive Garden–style chicken pasta made with tender chicken and rich Italian flavors.

Ingredients

boneless skinless chicken breasts

cup
Olive Garden Italian dressing
8
ounces
cream cheese
softened
½
cup
grated Parmesan cheese
1
teaspoon
Italian seasoning
½
teaspoon
garlic powder
½
teaspoon
black pepper
16
ounces
penne pasta
½
cup
reserved pasta cooking water
as needed
Fresh parsley
chopped (optional)
Instructions
Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
Pour Italian dressing over the chicken.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper evenly on top.
Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until chicken is tender.
Remove chicken and shred using two forks.
Return shredded chicken to the slow cooker.
Add cream cheese and Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and smooth.
Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente.
Add cooked pasta to the slow cooker and toss gently to combine.
Add reserved pasta water a little at a time if sauce is too thick.
Serve warm and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
Do not add pasta directly to the slow cooker or it may overcook.
Sauce thickens as it rests.
Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
