Muffin Magic

Muffin magic recipe made with simple ingredients for soft, fluffy muffins. Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  • In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  • Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  • Divide batter evenly into muffin cups, filling about 3/4 full.
  • Bake for 18–22 minutes until tops are golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan.

Notes

Do not overmix the batter to keep muffins soft.
Add blueberries, chocolate chips, or nuts for variation.
Store at room temperature for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
Serve warm for best texture.
