Mini Strawberry Cheesecake Banana Pudding

Mini strawberry cheesecake banana pudding layered with creamy cheesecake, vanilla pudding, bananas, strawberries, and vanilla wafers.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 ½ cups cold milk
  • 2 cups vanilla wafer cookies
  • 2 –3 ripe bananas sliced
  • 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries chopped

Instructions
 

  • Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until creamy.
  • In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture to create the cheesecake layer.
  • In another bowl, whisk vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
  • Let pudding rest for 2–3 minutes to fully set.
  • In small cups or jars, layer vanilla wafers, banana slices, pudding, cheesecake mixture, and strawberries.
  • Repeat layers until cups are full, finishing with cheesecake and strawberries on top.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Serve within 24 hours for best banana freshness. Clear cups highlight the layers beautifully.
