Instructions
Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until creamy.
In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture to create the cheesecake layer.
In another bowl, whisk vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
Let pudding rest for 2–3 minutes to fully set.
In small cups or jars, layer vanilla wafers, banana slices, pudding, cheesecake mixture, and strawberries.
Repeat layers until cups are full, finishing with cheesecake and strawberries on top.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Serve within 24 hours for best banana freshness. Clear cups highlight the layers beautifully.
