shredded cheddar cheese

cooked bacon
chopped

teaspoon
salt

black pepper
Butter or cooking spray for greasing
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a muffin pan.
Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl until smooth.
Stir in cheese, bacon, salt, and pepper.
Pour mixture evenly into muffin cups, filling 3/4 full.
Bake for 18–22 minutes until set.
Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
Notes
These egg cups can be made ahead and reheated before serving.
