Instructions
Add oats and water or milk to a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave for 1 minute to soften oats.
Remove and stir.
Add egg or egg whites and mix thoroughly.
Microwave for 1–2 minutes in 30-second intervals, stirring each time.
Cook until mixture is thick and creamy.
Remove from microwave and let cool slightly.
Add toppings like fruit, peanut butter, or honey.
Serve warm.
Notes
Stir frequently to keep texture smooth.
Use a larger bowl to prevent overflow.
