Microwave Oats + Egg Protein Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup water or milk
  • 1 egg or 2 egg whites
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup berries
  • 1 scoop protein powder

Instructions
 

  • Add oats and water or milk to a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Microwave for 1 minute to soften oats.
  • Remove and stir.
  • Add egg or egg whites and mix thoroughly.
  • Microwave for 1–2 minutes in 30-second intervals, stirring each time.
  • Cook until mixture is thick and creamy.
  • Remove from microwave and let cool slightly.
  • Add toppings like fruit, peanut butter, or honey.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

Stir frequently to keep texture smooth.
Use a larger bowl to prevent overflow.
Adjust toppings based on preference.
