  • Crack eggs into the mug and add milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Whisk until fully combined.
  • Add optional ingredients like cheese, vegetables, or meat.
  • Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir.
  • Microwave another 30 seconds and stir again.
  • Continue cooking in 15–30 second intervals, stirring each time.
  • Cook until eggs are set but still soft.
  • Let rest for 1 minute before serving.
