fresh cilantro

Instructions
Cook corn in a skillet until slightly charred.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Stir in corn, cotija cheese, and half the shredded cheese.
Transfer to a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Top with cilantro and serve warm.
Notes
Use softened cream cheese for smooth texture.
Add toppings before serving.
Customize spice level as desired.
